• Our electronic sign-up forms reduce contact at your site and help provide a more efficient workflow. 

• Insurance processing: We can bill a wide variety of insurance companies through our secure online system. This helps increase accessibility to beneficial vaccines for all.  

• Reminder emails will be sent before the event outlining what you can expect on the day of the clinic. 

• We will send follow-up emails after the event to address any remaining questions. We would love to hear how we did and how we can improve the process for you next time! 

• We bring the vaccines to you. Our friendly staff will bring all the supplies needed. We just need tables and chairs.
